1 large head of cauliflower (cut into small florets)
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupdouble cream
8ozcream cheese(softened)
3garlic cloves(finely chopped)
1tbspbuttermelted
1tsponion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh chives(for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender but firm (about 5-7 minutes). Drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, double cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the cheddar, all of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan cheese.
Gently toss the cooked cauliflower in the cheese mixture, making sure it’s evenly coated.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
