Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups shredded
  • Cream Cheese: 2 tbsp
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp
  • Parsley: 1 tbsp chopped
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl until melted, stirring well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine dry ingredients with melted cheese mixture, then add eggs and mix into a dough.
  • Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a spatula.
  • Top with additional mozzarella and parsley.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm.
