- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 –2 cloves garlic minced
- Fresh parsley optional
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave or on stovetop.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add the egg and mix until dough forms. Knead until smooth.
Divide dough into 6–8 balls. Place on baking sheet.
Top each roll with shredded cheddar.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Brush with garlic butter and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
