Ingredients
  

  • Shredded cheese 1 cup
  • Diced pepperoni ½ cup
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Almond flour ¼ cup
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
  • Combine shredded cheese, diced pepperoni, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
