- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick sheet.
