Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Onion 1 small, diced
  • Garlic 3 cloves, minced
  • Taco seasoning 2 tbsp
  • Beef broth 4 cups
  • Cream cheese 8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese 2 cups, shredded
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 can

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large pot and sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Pour in beef broth and tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
  • Add heavy cream and shredded cheese, stirring until smooth.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes, then serve hot with toppings of choice.
