- Ground beef 1 lb
- Onion 1 small, diced
- Garlic 3 cloves, minced
- Taco seasoning 2 tbsp
- Beef broth 4 cups
- Cream cheese 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese 2 cups, shredded
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 can
