Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small zucchini spiralized

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large pot, add onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Pour in chicken broth and shredded chicken; simmer.
  • Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning.
  • Fold in zucchini noodles; simmer 5 minutes.
