- 1 medium apple peeled and finely chopped (¾ cup)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Oil spray
