- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil optional
- Garlic or herbs optional
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C / 350°F for 3 minutes.
Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 30 seconds, stir, then 30 more seconds until melted.
Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add melted cheese mixture and Greek yogurt. Mix with a spatula until a dough forms.
Divide into 3 portions, roll between parchment to ¼-inch thickness.
Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil.
Air fry at 180°C / 350°F for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping halfway.
Optional: Increase to 200°C / 390°F for last 1 minute for extra crisp.
