Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil optional
  • Garlic or herbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C / 350°F for 3 minutes.
  • Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 30 seconds, stir, then 30 more seconds until melted.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add melted cheese mixture and Greek yogurt. Mix with a spatula until a dough forms.
  • Divide into 3 portions, roll between parchment to ¼-inch thickness.
  • Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil.
  • Air fry at 180°C / 350°F for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping halfway.
  • Optional: Increase to 200°C / 390°F for last 1 minute for extra crisp.
  • Rest for 2 minutes, then serve warm.
