- 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley optional
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place fillets skin-side down in basket.
Air fry for 7–9 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 125°F (52°C).
Brush again with garlic butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm.
