Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place fillets skin-side down in basket.
  • Air fry for 7–9 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 125°F (52°C).
  • Brush again with garlic butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm.
