Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis cut into ½-inch fries
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Slice zucchinis into ½-inch sticks.
  • Whisk egg and water in a small bowl.
  • Mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  • Coat zucchini: Dip each stick in egg, then dredge in coating.
  • Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  • Spray lightly with oil.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve hot with your favorite low-carb dip!
