Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup low-fat shredded cheese
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup cooked turkey sausage
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
