Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs. Add melted butter and mix.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Cool fully before slicing.
