- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cups steamed broccoli chopped
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup Parmesan
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Garlic powder onion powder, salt, pepper
