Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices ham
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (add more as needed for a thinner sauce, or substitute with half & half for a lighter consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add more heavy cream or half & half, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it reaches a pourable consistency.
  • Layer cooked chicken, ham, and shredded Swiss cheese in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the cream mixture evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
