- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz cream cheese
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate eggs into two bowls.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Mix egg yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth.
Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
Spoon mixture onto the baking sheet in rounds.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Cool before serving.
