These easy keto oopsies (cloud bread) are a fluffy, low-carb bread alternative perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or even as a pizza base. Made with just eggs, cream cheese, and a few simple ingredients, they’re incredibly light and versatile.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate eggs into two bowls.
  • Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix egg yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  • Spoon mixture onto the baking sheet in rounds.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  • Cool before serving.
