- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella for dough
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup sugar-free marinara
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella for topping
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices
- Optional: grated parmesan herbs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave. Stir smooth.
Mix in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and seasoning. Form a dough.
Press dough into the bottom of dish. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Remove and spread marinara over base. Add mozzarella and pepperoni.
Bake again for 8–10 minutes until bubbly.
Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
Garnish and serve hot with keto dippers!
