Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella for dough
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella for topping
  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices
  • Optional: grated parmesan herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave. Stir smooth.
  • Mix in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and seasoning. Form a dough.
  • Press dough into the bottom of dish. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Remove and spread marinara over base. Add mozzarella and pepperoni.
  • Bake again for 8–10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
  • Garnish and serve hot with keto dippers!
