Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Whisk
  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • cups fine almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup granulated keto sweetener
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to lift the brownies out easily after baking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt until evenly combined and free of lumps.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, Greek yogurt, melted butter, vanilla extract, and keto sweetener until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and fully blended.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding gently with a rubber spatula until no dry streaks remain. Avoid overmixing to keep the brownies tender.
  • Fold in most of the sugar-free chocolate chips, reserving a small handful to sprinkle over the top.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
  • Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs rather than wet batter.
  • Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan. This allows them to finish setting and develop their rich, fudgy texture.
  • Lift the brownies out using the parchment paper and place them on a cutting board. Slice into even squares using a sharp knife, wiping the blade clean between cuts for neat edges.
  • Serve as they are or with keto whipped cream, sugar-free vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate sauce.
