Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup keto sweetener
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Optional: cream cheese swirl

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk almond flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients to make batter.
  • Spread batter into pan. Add optional cream cheese mixture and swirl.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until set but fudgy.
  • Cool completely before slicing. Decorate as desired.
