- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup keto sweetener
- ½ cup butter melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- Optional: cream cheese swirl
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Whisk almond flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients to make batter.
Spread batter into pan. Add optional cream cheese mixture and swirl.
Bake 20–25 minutes until set but fudgy.
Cool completely before slicing. Decorate as desired.
