- 8 sausages or hot dogs
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Salt & garlic powder
- Olives or mustard for eyes
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
Melt mozzarella + cream cheese, stir until smooth.
Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and seasoning. Form dough.
Roll out dough and cut into thin strips.
Wrap each sausage with strips, leaving a space for eyes.
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, then add eyes with mustard or olives.
Serve warm and enjoy!
