- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 cup cooked sausage crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Squeeze out moisture from riced cauliflower.
In a bowl, mix cauliflower, sausage, cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Scoop into muffin cups and press down lightly.
Bake 22-25 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool slightly before removing.
