- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 –2 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
Add bananas, yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, milk, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (1–2 minutes).
Adjust consistency with milk or chia seeds.
Pour into jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Top with banana slices and sugar-free wafers before serving.
