Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, milk, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy (1–2 minutes).
  • Adjust consistency with milk or chia seeds.
  • Pour into jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Top with banana slices and sugar-free wafers before serving.
