Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp butter/coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease baking dish.
  • Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp sweetener and lemon zest; pour into dish.
  • Mix whey protein, oat flour, remaining sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla; mix until soft.
  • Spoon topping over blueberries.
