- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter/coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease baking dish.
