- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 –2 tbsp sweetener optional
- 1 scoop whey protein optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease muffin tin.
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, sweetener.
Add oat flour and baking powder, mix gently.
