Ingredients
  

  • High-protein dough – 4 rectangles
  • Eggs – 2
  • Turkey bacon – 4 slices cooked & chopped
  • Low-fat cottage cheese – ½ cup
  • Shredded cheddar – ½ cup
  • Spinach – ½ cup chopped
  • Bell peppers – ¼ cup diced
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder – to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook turkey bacon until slightly crispy.
  • Sauté bell peppers and spinach until soft.
  • Mix bacon, veggies, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese.
  • Roll out dough into rectangles.
  • Place 2–3 tbsp filling in center of each rectangle. Fold and seal edges.
