- High-protein dough – 4 rectangles
- Eggs – 2
- Turkey bacon – 4 slices cooked & chopped
- Low-fat cottage cheese – ½ cup
- Shredded cheddar – ½ cup
- Spinach – ½ cup chopped
- Bell peppers – ¼ cup diced
- Salt pepper, garlic powder – to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook turkey bacon until slightly crispy.
