Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup almond or low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt pepper, 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
