Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 6 –8 roasted garlic cloves mashed
  • ½ cup grated onion
  • ½ cup grated squeezed zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella divided
  • ½ cup oat or almond flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • Salt pepper, paprika, parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Grease loaf pan.
  • Combine wet ingredients (garlic, onion, zucchini, yogurt, tomato paste, eggs, Worcestershire).
  • Add turkey, half cheese, oat flour, and seasonings; mix gently.
  • Shape loaf in pan, spread thin tomato glaze, top with rest of cheese.
  • Bake 45–55 min to 160 °F internal; rest 10 min before slicing.
