Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Cook chicken until golden and fully done. Cube it.
  • Dice cucumber and add to a bowl with cottage cheese.
  • Stir in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken and fold gently.
