  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 1 pack shirataki noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup spinach or bok choy
  • 1 boiled egg optional

Instructions
