Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: extra mozzarella & parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix chicken, zucchini, cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape into 4 mini loaves and place on tray.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes.
  • Top with extra cheese, broil 2–3 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with parsley & serve.
