- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: extra mozzarella & parsley
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix chicken, zucchini, cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 4 mini loaves and place on tray.
Bake 25–30 minutes.
Top with extra cheese, broil 2–3 minutes until golden.
Garnish with parsley & serve.
