- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup erythritol or stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line pan with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix blended cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sweetener.
