- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and dry cauliflower florets.
Mix Parmesan, chickpea flour, whey protein, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
