Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops whey protein
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup erythritol
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake crust for 8–10 min.
  • Blend filling ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour filling over crust; bake 325°F 35–40 min.
  • Cool, chill 3–4 hours.
