- 8 oz imitation crab chopped
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 2 tbsp red onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp dill pickle finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
Dice vegetables and chop crab.
Mix Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
Combine crab, veggies, and dill in mixing bowl.
Fold in dressing gently.
