Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz imitation crab chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 hard-boiled egg chopped

Instructions
 

  • Dice vegetables and chop crab.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
  • Combine crab, veggies, and dill in mixing bowl.
  • Fold in dressing gently.
  • Chill 15 minutes. Serve cold.
