- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream/milk
- 1 tbsp parsley
Pat chicken dry, slice if thick, season.
Mix Parmesan, whey, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika. Dredge chicken.
Heat butter/olive oil in skillet; cook chicken 4–5 min per side.
Optional: bake 5–7 min at 375°F.
Make garlic sauce: sauté garlic, add Greek yogurt and cream, stir until smooth.
Pour sauce over chicken, garnish with parsley.
Serve immediately or store properly.
