- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blended cottage cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion diced
- 4 oz Swiss cheese shredded
- Spices: paprika salt, pepper
Whisk broth, yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic, and seasonings until smooth.
