Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 ½ cups chopped spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté garlic, spinach, and artichokes in olive oil.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, yogurt, half the cheese, and seasonings.
