  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion grated

  • Spices nutmeg, allspice, salt, pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt for sauce
  • 8 oz high-protein pasta

Instructions
 

  • Mix meatball ingredients in bowl.
  • Roll into balls, brown in skillet.
  • Whisk broth, milk, cornstarch → simmer into sauce.

  • Cook noodles separately, drain.
