- Almond flour: 2 cups
- Psyllium husk: 2 tbsp
- Egg: 1 large
- Water: 1/4 cup
- Ground pork: 1 lb
- Cabbage: 2 cups
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Ginger: 1 tsp
- Green onions: 2
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
Combine almond flour, psyllium husk, egg, salt, and water in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
Prepare the filling by combining ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a separate bowl.
Roll dough into small balls, flatten into 4-inch discs.
Place filling in the center of each disc, fold and seal.
