Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour: 2 cups
  • Psyllium husk: 2 tbsp
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Water: 1/4 cup
  • Ground pork: 1 lb
  • Cabbage: 2 cups
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Ginger: 1 tsp
  • Green onions: 2
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond flour, psyllium husk, egg, salt, and water in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  • Prepare the filling by combining ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a separate bowl.
  • Roll dough into small balls, flatten into 4-inch discs.
  • Place filling in the center of each disc, fold and seal.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook potstickers until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Alternatively, steam them for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauce.
