Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Low-carb tortillas
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce (keto-compliant)
  • 2 slices Bacon (pre-cooked, or use your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp Olive or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Avocado (sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sea salt and cayenne pepper.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, add oil, and scramble the eggs until fluffy but not overcooked.
  • Lay the tortillas flat and fill with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, avocado, and hot sauce.
  • Roll up the burritos tightly and spray with oil.
  • Place the burritos in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, serve with your favorite keto dip!
