- 2 Low-carb tortillas
- Sea salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Hot sauce (keto-compliant)
- 2 slices Bacon (pre-cooked, or use your favorite)
- 2 tbsp Olive or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Avocado (sliced)
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sea salt and cayenne pepper.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, add oil, and scramble the eggs until fluffy but not overcooked.
