- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 8 small keto tortillas or wraps
- 1/4 cup pickles (optional)
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Avocado oil spray
Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, and drain any excess grease.
Stir in cheddar cheese, mustard, sugar-free ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let cool slightly.
Lay a keto tortilla or wrapper on a flat surface, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center, and add optional toppings like pickles.
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a log, sealing the edges with water or beaten egg.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place egg rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket, brush with avocado oil, and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
