Ingredients
  

  • 20 dill pickle slices
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.
  • Whisk egg in one bowl. In another, mix almond flour, Parmesan, and spices.
  • Dip each pickle in egg, then coat in almond flour mixture.
  • Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
