- 20 dill pickle slices
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: pinch cayenne pepper
Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.
Whisk egg in one bowl. In another, mix almond flour, Parmesan, and spices.
