  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Avocado oil spray
