Keto air fryer mushrooms are a quick, flavorful snack or side dish. With tender centers and crispy edges, they’re seasoned with garlic and paprika, making them a keto favorite.

- Fresh mushrooms 8 oz
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp towel and trim stems.
Toss mushrooms in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
