Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sea scallops (about 12-15 large scallops)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Place the scallops in a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss gently to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 5-7 minutes, until they are opaque and slightly golden.
  • Remove the scallops from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
