- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Mix until well incorporated.
Scoop out the mixture and form it into 1-inch meatballs using your hands or a spoon.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the meatballs are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
