Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Scoop out the mixture and form it into 1-inch meatballs using your hands or a spoon.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the meatballs are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.
