Ingredients
  

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice into thin rounds.
  • Toss slices with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange slices in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
