- 1 large zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice into thin rounds.
Toss slices with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
