  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • cup keto sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, sweetener, and salt.
  • Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Form small balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
