- Ground Almonds – 1 cup
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
- Sweetener – 2-3 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Almond Milk – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Almonds – 2 tbsp for garnish
Grind the almonds into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
Add ground almonds and cook, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in your chosen sweetener and let it dissolve.
Add cardamom powder and almond milk, stirring well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the halwa thickens to your liking.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped almonds.
