Ingredients
  

  • Ground Almonds – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 3 tbsp
  • Sweetener – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Almond Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Chopped Almonds – 2 tbsp for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grind the almonds into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
  • Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
  • Add ground almonds and cook, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in your chosen sweetener and let it dissolve.
  • Add cardamom powder and almond milk, stirring well.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes until the halwa thickens to your liking.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped almonds.
