Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter or avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound chicken to even thickness.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl; mix almond flour and Parmesan in another.
  • Dip chicken in eggs, then coat in almond flour mixture.
  • Heat butter/oil in skillet and fry chicken until golden.
  • Transfer to baking dish; top with ham and cheese.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
