- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Butter or avocado oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound chicken to even thickness.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Whisk eggs in a bowl; mix almond flour and Parmesan in another.
Dip chicken in eggs, then coat in almond flour mixture.
Heat butter/oil in skillet and fry chicken until golden.
Transfer to baking dish; top with ham and cheese.
